Hello, I'm Ricky-Lee. I am Hupačasath Nuučaan̓uł. My work has taken me from youth programs and Indigenous leadership to national conferences, retreats, runways, and campaigns. Across those spaces, I care about the same thing: helping people feel seen, connected, and able to take their next step.

My Approach
I pay attention to how a space feels — not just what happens in it.
The most meaningful change rarely comes from information alone. It happens when people feel present, safe enough to be real, and connected enough to move forward together.
My work is shaped by psychology, lived experience, movement, time in nature, travel, and a deep respect for relationship — with self, with others, and with the world around us.
