Ricky-Lee Watts

I’m a Nuučaan̓uł speaker, facilitator, retreat leader, emcee, and model from Hupačasath First Nation.

My work helps teams, conferences, communities, and brands create meaningful experiences where people feel connected, confident, grounded, and ready to move forward.

Across keynotes, workshops, retreats, panels, conference hosting, board and team sessions, modelling, and creative collaborations, I design spaces that move beyond surface-level engagement into trust, reflection, connection, and meaningful momentum.

Ways to Work Together

Through speaking, facilitation, retreats, and creative collaborations, I help leaders, teams, and communities build trust, connection, and meaningful momentum.

Speaking & Hosting

Keynotes, workshops, panels, and conference emceeing that bring calm presence, clear messaging, and strong audience engagement. I help people move from passive listening into reflection, resonance, and action.

Retreats & Facilitation

Relational, experiential sessions designed to build honesty, trust, and meaningful momentum. I pay close attention to how people actually feel in a room so the experience supports real connection, reflection, and forward movement.

Modeling & Media

Runway, campaigns, creative collaborations, and public-facing partnerships rooted in representation, storytelling, and strong visual presence. This work allows me to embody confidence, creativity, and Indigenous visibility in ways that feel powerful, current, and deeply connected.

My Approach

I pay attention to how a space feels — not just what happens in it.

The most meaningful change rarely comes from information alone. It happens when people feel present, safe enough to be real, and connected enough to move forward together.

My work is shaped by psychology, lived experience, movement, time in nature, travel, and a deep respect for relationship — with self, with others, and with the world around us.
