Youth Climate Activist

“Considering the state of our world right now: the global pandemic, the climate crisis, and socioeconomic inequity, Indigenous worldviews are crucial to an equitable and sustainable future for all.

 Current Involvements :

Councillor,
Hupač̓asatḥ First Nation

“I'm humbled, honoured, and grateful to serve in a role of leadership for Hupač̓asatḥ. I do my best to lead with integrity, humility, courage, wisdom, and experience. Honouring our ancestors of the past, current, and future ancestors to be, I look forward to growing together and to our bright future ahead.”

Motivational Speaker, TakingITGlobal

“I've done things in my life I never believed to be possible. As I’ve grown, I'm humbled and grateful for all of my experiences. Through sharing my story, I have connected with hundreds of young people in hopes of motivating and inspiring them by being the role model I needed when I was younger.”

Model, Supernaturals Modelling

“As a young boy, I grew up with the influences of media, art, culture, science, and more, with an eager curiosity to learn about the world around me. One of those lessons I came to more fully understand later in life, yet, felt so deeply in my heart at an early age, is the importance of representation.

Honouring my ancestors, I represent my family, community, Nuučanuł, and all kin I’m connected to.

The young boy I once was would now look onward in awe. I am the role model I wished I had when I was younger. #representationmatters
